About The Certified Forensic Financial Analyst (CFFA)
Q: Could an accountant perform the same function as a CFFA? 
A:  A CFFA has more training and is more knowledgeable in the area of litigation.  You need to have a skilled analyst to achieve success.

Q: Can I contact you personally or must I have an attorney? 
A:  Whatever you are comfortable with.

Q: Could I still retain your services even if I'm already into my case?

About The Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA)

Q: I know how to look at my books and see what my business is worth! Why would I need a professional valuator? 
A: There are many different factors that can affect a value including economic trends, market position, competition, and other intangibles. Without the knowledge and experience of a credentialed analyst, you might risk pricing your business too low.

Q: I think I need a valuation but can I afford one?

Q: What are intangible assets? 
A: Intangible assets can include contracts, copyrights, subscriptions, and even "goodwill" which can mean several different things but most commonly it refers to reputation and location.
